This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA.

When our pages are accessed, Vercel processes server log files. These may include IP address, time of access, requested page, browser identifier and referrer. This processing is technically required to deliver the website, operate it reliably and detect attacks.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, fast and reliable provision of our website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel. For transfers to the United States, Vercel states that it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (status of Vercel's information: 10 November 2025). EU standard contractual clauses also apply.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. Our company is currently not subject to an appointment obligation under Section 38 of the German Federal Data Protection Act.

Scope of this privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to the domains ainteg-gmbh.de and lp.ainteg-gmbh.de. The landing page at lp.ainteg-gmbh.de does not have a separate privacy policy and links to this page. The main website does not contain a contact form. The contact form is available only on the landing page.

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose for processing no longer applies. If you submit a justified erasure request or withdraw consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storage. Such grounds may include commercial or tax retention obligations.

4. Data Collection on This Website

Cookies and similar technologies

Server log files

The page provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. This includes in particular IP address, time of access, requested page, browser identifier and referrer. We do not combine this data with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free display, security and optimization of our website.

Landing page contact form

On the domain lp.ainteg-gmbh.de, you can submit a request via a contact form. The main website ainteg-gmbh.de does not contain a contact form.

The form asks for name, company, phone number, e-mail address, company size, preferred reachability, business bottleneck and referring page. The submission is sent to a Google Apps Script. The data is stored in a Google spreadsheet and forwarded to us by e-mail. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use Google as a processor.

Processing is carried out to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request concerns pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where the form asks for consent, the legal basis is additionally Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Requests by e-mail or phone

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we store and process your details to handle the request and possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to contract performance or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling requests addressed to us under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Analytics and Advertising

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website so that we can improve content and campaigns.

We use one Google Analytics property with two data streams: G-NR3YC8TV60 for ainteg-gmbh.de and G-8VRTHETB23 for lp.ainteg-gmbh.de. We use Google Consent Mode v2. No Google script is loaded before your consent. Processing starts only after you have consented to analytics and marketing.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy control on the page.

Google Signals

If you give marketing consent, Google Analytics may additionally use Google Signals. This can enable cross-device analysis and the processing of data for personalized advertising if you have activated the corresponding settings in your Google account. On 3 August 2026, a request to stats.g.doubleclick.net was observed in this context.

We do not receive personal profiles of individual visitors from this, but only evaluations and reports. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.

Google Ads

We use Google Ads to evaluate and manage advertising campaigns. Our manager account is 915-523-2282, and the advertising account is 140-511-0391. No separate Google Ads tag is embedded on the website. Conversions are imported from Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads have been linked since 3 August 2026. Auto-tagging is active, which means that a GCLID parameter may be passed when users click ads.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy control on the page.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. The pixel ID is 993079603778110. One pixel is used for both domains. The Meta Pixel is used for conversion measurement and Custom Audiences.

The Meta Pixel is loaded only after your consent. On the landing page, the event Lead is triggered when the form is submitted. Google Analytics 4 additionally receives the event generate_lead. Only the event names are transmitted, not the contents of form fields.

For the collection and transmission of data to Meta, joint controllership under Art. 26 GDPR applies. The joint controllership agreement is available at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. For possible third-country transfers, Meta uses standard contractual clauses and certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy control on the page.

6. Plugins and Tools

Cal.com

On the contact page /en/contact/, you can book a call. We use Cal.com, Inc., 155 11th Ave, New York, NY 10011, USA for this purpose.

The calendar does not load immediately on the first page view. It loads only after the page itself has loaded and when the calendar comes near the visible viewport. No click gate or consent is required for appointment booking. When you book, Cal.com processes in particular your name, e-mail address, the selected appointment and the information you provide.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where booking serves pre-contractual measures. For the technical integration, we rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is simple appointment scheduling. For transfers to the United States, Cal.com relies on standard contractual clauses.

Self-hosted fonts

This website uses fonts that are provided locally under /fonts/ on our own web property. When fonts are loaded, no connection to Google is established. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to Google for font delivery.

Social media links

In the footer, we link to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. These are plain links. No data is transmitted to these providers before you click such a link.
