The core product

The AI audit: a working solution in 28 days.

A standardized on-site assessment of your business. At the end you know where AI pays off for you, and the first solution is live.

What is an AI audit?

An AI audit is a structured analysis that shows where artificial intelligence actually saves a company time and money. At Ainteg it takes 28 days and happens on site: we talk to the people doing the work, map processes department by department, and document which tasks tie up time unnecessarily. The result is a prioritised list of concrete use cases, each rated by effort, benefit and risk. At the end you get a finished roadmap: what gets automated, in which order, at what cost and with what expected return, including a decision paper for management. The AI audit is the diagnosis before the tool: only once the biggest lever is clear do we decide on software and vendors. That is how you get one coherent solution instead of a patchwork of disconnected tools.

On site

Everyone talks about AI. The question is where it pays off in your business.

There is no shortage of tools. What's missing is the answer to which of your workflows actually cost time and money, and which of those can be automated reliably today. That is exactly what the audit answers: not in a conference room, but where the work happens. If you have searched for an AI readiness assessment, this is it, with one difference: ours ends with a solution running, not with a score.

01

Process inventory

Your workflows and systems, documented and assessed: where time is lost, where work is duplicated, where your data lives.

02

Prioritized use cases

Every opportunity rated by time saved, effort and risk. Not a wish list, a sequence.

03

Implementation plan

What gets built first, what it requires and how you will measure success.

04

The first working solution

The top-priority use case goes live within the audit itself.

How the 28 days run.

  1. Intro call and preparation

We define scope and goals, collect documents and schedule the on-site visit.

  2. On-site assessment

Two days in your business: we talk to the people doing the work and map workflows and systems.

  3. Analysis and prioritization

We rate every use case by time saved, effort and risk, and build the implementation plan.

  4. First implementation

The most valuable solution gets built and goes live. We close with results, plan and documentation.

Frequently asked questions

In short.

What is included in the AI audit?

Intro call, preparation, two days of on-site assessment, analysis with prioritized use cases, an implementation plan, the implementation of the first solution and a closing session with documentation. The process is standardized and takes 28 days.

How much time does our team need to invest?

A manageable amount: essentially the two on-site days when we talk to your team, plus the intro call and the closing session. No workshop marathons in between.

What happens after the audit?

You own an implementation plan that works without us. Whether you continue with Ainteg, implement internally or bring in another partner is your decision. There is no lock-in.

Do we need in-house IT or prior AI experience?

No. The audit assumes no AI experience. We work with the systems you already have and explain every recommendation in plain language.

Is this the same as an AI readiness assessment?

Largely, yes. The terms are used interchangeably. The difference at Ainteg: a typical readiness assessment ends with a score and a report. Our audit ends with the first solution live in your business.

Which company sizes does the audit fit?

It is built for businesses with roughly 5 to 50 employees. For smaller teams a more compact entry often makes sense, for significantly larger ones we adjust the scope. Both get settled in the intro call.
